Amidst the Pines, Belevue, Washington
Amidst the Pines, Belevue, Washington Photograph by pmorgan.
Lots of landscape photographs (almost all?) seem to be taken as if looking at a scene, rather than from the perspective of being in the scene. My experience is that most of the time in the wilderness, one is amidst the scene and only at the very summit/end/peak/distant shore is one able to see a classic landscape photographic perspective.
